Having failed to locate an RZ 6x6 filmholder, does anyone know where I can obtain a "P" adaptor and an RB 6x6 filmholder?

Incidentally, the Mamiya UK site still refers to it. [The US site did also until I pointed it out to them a week or so ago & they've quickly removed the reference.]
