The Mamiya Polaroid back accepts the 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 inch film packs

Hi,
I've just invested in a polaroid back for my mamiya 645 pro tl and was wandering is there a specific type/size/dimension of polaroid film I need?

I was initially interested in using black and white 100 ASA to test lighting and composition on some martial arts photography i am planning to shoot. I've seen some Fuji film that fits this bill, but it says to check it is compatible with my camera back. Its Fuji FP-100B.

All the polaroid film I've seems to physically look the same, but I thought I would check on here first.

Any advice with colour polaroid would also be greatly appreciated. normally shooting Kodak UC or Portra or Fuji Sensia/Reala
