Check to see if the camera fires ok without the roll film holder on. If it does, just put the holder back on and try again. It may be something simple like some dirt on the contacts or on the darkslide switch.

Hello, I haven't used my 645 pro TL for a while ( a year).
I inserted a film and the camera winded it up to 1.
Then I tried to press the shutter release - nothing happened it was all loose, like the camera was dead.
The body battery is OK.

Is it the grip battery that needs to be changed ?
Any suggestions?
