i just got a m645j with 70mm lens and 2 120 backs.

I heard you can change between color and b/w and also use filters but i dunno where to start!
i have 2-3 years experience with my 35mm nikon fully manual.

could some one point me in the direction of inpsiration and tuition?!?!
