1/1000 is not a guaranteed speed on the M645 as the body is not set up to run at that speed. The prism will try to set it, but you may find that the camera will give an incorrect speed or even cut off so we do not advise that it is used.

The M645 shutter fires to 1/500 via the body control knob. The PD Prism has control to 1/1000. Does the M645 fire at 1/1000 when controlled by the PD Prism?
