Jamie C,
They are filter factors. Therefore, if the needle indicates x2, a plus 1 stop exposure correction has to be made if using a none TTL metering finder.

Hello all,
I have recently aquired a very nice condition C330S, but despite Graham Pattersons excellent site on Mamiya TLR's, I still can't work out how to take care of the exposure compensation. When looking through the viewfinder, what do the numbers on the focusing screen refer to? are they f stops or filter factors?
thanks inadvance.
